Refund Policy
ChicQuik is happy to accept returns or exchanges of unused, unworn, or defective items within 14 days of delivery, except for sale items, which are final sale. Please ensure all jewelry packaging is intact and included with the return.
For permanent jewelry, returns or replacements cannot be accepted, as these pieces are custom-cut just for you. Please note that appointment fees are non-refundable; appointments can be rescheduled, but missed appointments will not be refunded.
Our permanent jewelry comes with 1 year FREE "rezap" (repairs) or readjustments (resizing) as needed.
For other jewelry (non-permanent), items can be returned after 14 days, and we’ll gladly issue a credit within 30 days of delivery, except for sale items, which remain final sale.
We offer partial or full returns or exchanges, though custom orders are non-refundable, as they're crafted just for you.
